BEVERLY HILLS, CA — It looks like Adele is thinning out her massive Beverly Hills real estate portfolio after she listed one of her three homes for $12 million, according to Realtor.com.

Adele reportedly owns two properties in the Hidden Valley Estates and bought one in Beverly Park from Sylvester Stallone earlier this year.

The superstar is ditching one of the Hidden Valley Estates properties with four bedrooms and 5,515 square feet of living space. Adele bought the property last year from Nicole Richie and Joel Madden for $9.95 million, Realtor.com reported. The house has been on the market for over two weeks.

The Hamptons-style house is gated and secluded with greenery surrounding the property.

The home is cozy, but spares no luxurious amenity worthy of such a sensation. The home has a massive backyard with a pool and spa, outdoor kitchen, vegetable gardens and fruit trees, a sports court and chicken coop.

Inside, the home boasts a gym, security room and office for Adele's assistant. The home has gold and wood accent walls and deep wood flooring. The chef's kitchen is complete with a bright white marble island and counter tops.
